Worthless!

Got this as gift. Can't get it registered because there is no QR code on the included device and none of the QR codes included within the documentation are recognized as being a valid QR code. Tried to manually enter the device ID. I entered 4 different numbers that are printed on the device label. None were accepted as a valid ID. I tried two numbers included on the product box label. You got it...not a valid ID. Tried to contact support that claims to be 24/7. Haven't heard from them! Then...just for fun, I tried to mount camera. The front panel will NOT close with the camera in place. Thought maybe the fact I tried to put it in upside down was the problem. Nope! Right side up, upside down...no difference. The front panel will not close and latch. And then I read further...this thing won't even connect to my router. Go figure! Glad it was a gift and I didn't spend my own money.

Great gift for the bird lovers you know!

I bought this as a gift for my mother who loves bird watching. She loves it! The only reason for the 4 stars is that she couldn't get it connected to her wifi easily. She had to call her internet provider to unlock the 2.4 ghz option so she could use it. Other than that, it was a great choice! She loves sharing videos of birds that come and see her and she also loves the talk option to scare the squirrels off the feeder. Overall great bird feeder!
