📦 When will my order ship?

We typically process and prepare your order within 1–2 business days. Once it's ready, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

Currently, we ship within the continental U.S. only.

Standard Shipping (Free): 3–7 business days

Note: We do not ship to remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

📬 Order Tracking & Updates

We’ll keep you informed every step of the way:

  1. Order Confirmation – after your payment is processed
  2. Preparing for Shipment – once your item is packed
  3. Shipped – with tracking number
  4. Delivered – confirmation once it reaches your door

✏️ Need to change your shipping address?

If you made a mistake or need to update your shipping details, email us at service@ttnature.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to catch it before the order ships.

🚛 Which carriers do you use?

We partner with FedEx, USPS, UPS, and Amazon Logistics. The carrier is selected based on your location and delivery speed.

Cancel or modify your order

If you need to cancel or make changes, please email service@ttnature.com right away. We’ll respond within 24 hours and do our best to assist before the item ships.

📦 Lost or missing packages

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, shipping risk passes to the buyer. We recommend monitoring the tracking info provided. If your package seems lost, reach out to us and we’ll help investigate.

🛠️ Damaged or incorrect items?

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If it’s damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately — we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

We consider an item damaged if:

  • It arrives broken or defective
  • Damage occurred during shipping

We do not consider an item damaged if:

  • It matches the product description
  • It's fit for use but mishandled or altered after delivery
  • The issue is due to misuse
