I got the smart hummingbird feeder, but after a few weeks, it stopped detecting anything and stopped recording. I contacted the company customer support. They did some troubleshooting and ended up sending me a replacement camera free of charge. This one is working great. Best customer service I have come across. Thank you....
Excellent birdfeeder and camera. I have some amazing videos and snapshots of Anna and Rufous hummingbirds. I used an SD card to record and save my data. No additional online fees required. I post my hummingbird photos on my Facebook and You Tube pages, people love it. It even records the sound of their wings and bird calls around the yard. Love seeing them so upclose and in such detail. Highly recommend for you hummingbird admireres.
It has been so exciting to watch these beautiful birds up close and in such detail. My husband and I are retired and we have gotten so much enjoyment from our smart hummingbird feeder!!!
I went through 2 different camera bird feeders before finding this one, and the wait was worth it. I have found other feeders, even ones above this price point, do not have the build quality and just all around pleasant appearance of this feeder. It is a well made item that is incredibly easy to assemble as well as clean (important for our small friends and their health!). Best of all, the video and pictures it takes are beautiful. It even captures sound so you can hear their little chirps! I have recommended this to all the bird lovers I know. I shared a picture of my dominant male Allen's, who has taken to sitting in the bush at the top of the feeder and chasing away any one who dares to enter his domain!
