HELP I WITH ALL OF YOU. ANY SOLUNTIONS TO NOT FEEDING THE HUMMERS BLACK MOLD???
I bought this a couple of months ago with early good results. Now I have black mold inside the tube with no way to clean it. The design of the camera mount prevents cleaning inside. Why didn’t you think to put a screw cap on top of the tube? Soaking it in vinegar and hot water is not enough. Help!! If I can’t clean it it’s a total rip off!!!
Very difficult to clean.....The feeder got black mold inside and I can't get a brush to really clean it well. I've worked on it all day today with vinegar and water and it still has some black mold. This will kill the hummingbirds because the black mold causes their tongue to swell and they can't eat. Help!!! I’ve tried to email and it bounces back also no phone number…

The camera was pretty easy to set up and the video quality is great. But the first couple times we used it, I noticed that the food was disappearing very quickly from the feeder (like 1/2 the food gone in an hour). I realized that the base leaks terribly and so it’s draining the food really quickly. Super disappointing, because now the patio is a sticky mess and the darn thing needs to be refilled very frequently. Also, the bird identification is WAY off - it IDs birds that we don’t have anywhere near where we live (or even in this country 🙄). I love the idea of this feeder, but the functionality is lacking.
