I wrote a prior review giving 5 starts as the product is great. Their customer service though is not. I bought the solar powered attachment and after inserting it to the camera the adapter plug snapped of. After no less than 10 emails to their support, I received 1 follow up and it was asking me what my problem was, which I already noted on my emails. Its been a week now since, and I still haven't heard form anyone. I went online and bought a new solar panel system from a 3d party.
I have sent 5 emails over the past 4 days as I need a new solar panel and cable system since the one I have broke when I first installed it to the camera (plug into camera snapped off). I have gotten no response from them. Only giving a 5 as the product is great, but will change in a day or so to a 2 if I dont hear from anyone.
Very suitable for gift giving, the quality is very good, my dad likes it very much and observes birds every day!
Easy install and pretty! Wanted a wooden one and love it! Attached to our fence perfectly. Love listening to the birds chirping and seeing what type birds we get. It’s a must!
Very nice product, well made, very solid, easy to install setting up the app was a snap. Picture quality way enter than I expected. I can even see squirrels eating food. Fun to use.
